the breakfast options were not great, only limited items. however, the beds were really comfortable! 😌 also, the location was super convenient with lots of restaurants nearby. the housekeeper was friendly and helpful too!

It was just an appropriate option for a hurried visit in Richmond with very good value for money. The staff was very friendly, making our stay more enjoyable. If you need a quick place to stay, this is a good choice.

I loved curling up in the super comfy King bed-the soft sheets felt like a dream! The shower was also a fab experience with its modern design, providing a soothing escape after a long day. And let's not forget...

The shower upon arrival felt unclean, and despite asking, the cleaning job was merely a wipe down rather than a thorough scrub. Breakfast service seemed rushed, with waffle batter unavailable and an inattentive approach to hungry guests. Rooms were smaller than expected, creating a cramped feel, and generally there was a stale odor lingering in the property that dampened the atmosphere.

We only stayed one night to break up a long drive and were shocked by how nice our room was. Super clean with a huge comfy bed, it felt like a well-deserved reward after being on the road for so long.

It wasn’t exactly wallet-friendly but still acceptable for what we got.

The room was comfy with a great shower, and the waffles for breakfast were a highlight of my stay.

Comfortable sheets and great water pressure, but TV issues were a hassle.
